How to run a successful project?

The successful sales project is based on three steps, pre-study, test run and full scale delivery. The pre-study phase is when you, together with our project team, study the application to determine possible protocol issues. In the Test run phase you deliver a small number of needed hardware and software to your customer in order to verify all needed functions. In the Full-scale phase you take care of the customer, train your customer’s staff and supply products for installation in his application. A typical sales cycle, from initial contact to full-scale delivery is generally around 6 to 12 weeks.
