Sony Ericsson’s first EDGE product, GC82, provides laptop users with one of the fastest, most convenient ways to wirelessly access the Internet and corporate intranet sites when travelling. It is an early step in taking advantage of 3G networks, offering up to three times faster speed performance compared to GPRS. This efficient dual band EDGE PC Card is primarily for the North American market, but it can be used anywhere GSM 850/1900 MHz Networks are available.
