M2M card hardware production

The Meritie M2M card 2.0 is manufactured in Finland. The factory producing the cards is evaluated according to ISO 9002 and ISO 14001. The factory has existing certificates and the company is audited by SFS-Sertifiointi Oy / Finland. The production can take place also in other places or countries if necessary.

Meritie has a completed all documentation for all processes. Meritie is also producing suitable automatic test equipment for the cards at time being.

M2M Card

• PCB (Prnted Circuit Board) made by UL Approved Factories and according to Perfag. High quality materials used.

• Components are individually verified and tested. They also all come from Certified factories and suppliers. Some of them are the worlds largest. Component suppliers are concentrated to few large ones to ensure high quality and low risks.

• Products are compiled in large and well-known electronics houses working in close co-operation with Meritie at all times.

• All Accessories are also thoroughly tested and verified for this products.

• Accessory manufacturers are also certified

• All Meritie products are well tested before manufacturing. At Production-time they are also once more tested extensively with large Zero-series, which means a basic set of hundreds to thousands of products depending about the quantity of the shipment.

• In first time shipment ALL PRODUCTS ARE TESTED. After which if everything seems ok and there are zero stochastically significant faults – a more up-to-date probability method is used to ensure the quality. Should there be any faults found at any time – then a new Zero-series is required and if needed the whole shipment is double checked.

• The shipments ALL PROUCTS are tested for their electrical status by initiating power and keeping them alive for a needed time. ALL PRODUCTS are quaranteed to have left the factory in a working order.

• Meritie Utilizes special Elecronical testing equipment for state-of-the-art testing procedures.

• Packaging is well designed and tested also. The shipment is packaged in away that it should not be harmed during the shipping procedures.
